Your business investment does more than rent your vendor space at our event
- it is helping us expand our > programs outreach < to co-parenting and stepfamily moms, dads, and stepparents with our unique brand of support.
We are excited to offer Vendor spot opportunities at our Best Ever Shared-Parenting and Stepfamily Conference
during Disneyland resort's prime vacation season at a Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel location. .
This event
affords you the opportunity to reach out not only to conference attendees but also to hotel guests
as they come and go, enjoying all that the Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel location has to offer!

Please provide the
information below and return with your deposit or payment in full to the address below. Each vendor
table is an 8' x 18" conference table to line either a high-traffic area or to be placed in a special Vendor's
Appreciation Conference area. It comes with two chairs. Some space will have electrical outlets. More details below. You
will receive a confirmation of acceptance by email within five days or receiving your deposit.

the event as part of your vendor opportunity. We want to send as many parents home with a prize as possible!

VENDOR GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS
.
1. We reserve the right to refuse or prohibit certain products, items or services for sale
or promotion. All items to be approved by a Conference representative.
2. We encourage products
and services that are family oriented or education related.
3. There will be no refunds. If you would like to
transfer your registration to another vendor, you may do so. Please send information along with a $10 transfer fee or
a statement of donation.
4. Check in time for vendors starts at 7:00 a.m. Vendors will not be allowed to set
up after 8:30 a.m. Please make sure you arrive on time for a great day!
5. Breakdown time is estimated
to be 5:15 p.m.
6. Parking is free!
7. Vendors are encouraged to advertise their participation in
the conference on your websites and share with your database and friends. Conference Link:

Pick up your area after breakdown - bring garbage bags, boxes necessary to do it well.
9. Please make sure someone
is at your vendor spot at all times. If you are alone and need to step away, do ask your neighbor to keep an eye
out and be right back. You do not want to miss out on an opportunity to reach out.
10. We are asking all vendors to make a
donation of a product gift or gift certificate or gift card of $25 as noted above.
11. If you would like to donate additional
products to promote your business such as hats, t- shirts, books or other items, please email us a list
of the items and bring with you day of event.
12. Each booth gets one table and two chairs. If you require or want a
second table, please note on your application and it will come at a 20% savings.
13. No more than three vendors of each
type/company will be accepted. First come, first served.
14. Sorry, music is not allowed at this event.
15. Continental breakfast and afternoon
snack provided providing we receive adequate sponsorships.
16. Vendor area is in the hallway, near
a side entrance or down the center aisle with high foot traffic.
17. Restrooms are very close.
18. If
you need power, let us know. No extra charge.
19. Your Company/Business name and information will be included in
our program - and mentioned on stage when your gift is given away!.

This year, there will not be a set fee charged to contribute to the conference gift bags; it will be by donation
only.

If the vendor opportunity does not match your event contribution
search at this time but you would like to have a presence to show your company's support at the conference, you
might wish to exercise the National Blended Family Home Living & Chilren's Directory - where a
portion of proceeds supports our programs, Gift-Basket option or a traditional donation after you view our programs. Themed gift baskets are encouraged to be education or family centered (marriage, family, children). Examples:
"Captured by Kodak" - a scrapbooking baseket to capture shared family memories; "Strike Three!" -
baseball game tickets, a team T-shirt, kid's mitts, etc.; "In-Home Date Night" - Movie rental coupon,
popcorn, chocolate, wine, etc.; "Let's get Board!" - family fun with a variety of board games, candy; "Let's
get it on!" - a utilites gift voucher to pay electric/gas/water/phone. .
